CCST OBSERVATORY



It is an Internal Committee of the Center, composed of researchers, technologists, teachers and students of PPG, whose main objective is to promote interdisciplinary analysis, taking advantage of relevant data produced by the research of PPG students, teachers and researchers of the Center and INPE. , in order to systematically monitor the national and international conjuncture of environmental change and territorial management policies and / or related to climate change, in all its dimensions: technical-scientific and socio-political. Its specific objectives are: (i) to promote discussions, diagnostics and syntheses on national and global environmental issues and territorial management, capitalizing, where relevant, as a result of CCST and INPE research; (ii) carry out studies focusing on specific problems related to the above themes, whenever there is interest or request, according to national and international situations. These activities not only help disseminate the Center’s research but also provide an inter and multidisciplinary discussion environment for PPG faculty and students, further enriching academic activities and student education.
